2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree that you will not use KnowThem to store illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful data. You represent that you have the right to store the contact information of the people you add to your network.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the KnowThem infrastructure.
- Do not use the platform to distribute spam or conduct fraudulent activities.
- You must use the Google Calendar integration in compliance with Google's API Terms of Service.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in activities that harm the KnowThem platform or its users.
5. "As-Is" Service and Limitation of Liability
KnowThem is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the service. In no event shall KnowThem be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
