Welcome to KnowThem. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the KnowThem service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree that you will not use KnowThem to store illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful data. You represent that you have the right to store the contact information of the people you add to your network.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the KnowThem infrastructure.
- Do not use the platform to distribute spam or conduct fraudulent activities.
- You must use the Google Calendar and Google Contacts integrations in compliance with Google's API Terms of Service.
- You may not use KnowThem to facilitate any action that violates Google's policies governing the use of its APIs.
Google API Data: When you connect Google Calendar or Google Contacts, KnowThem accesses your Google account data only to provide the specific feature you opted into — Calendar Sync (write-only for KnowThem-generated events) or Contacts Import (read-only). This data is never used for profiling, advertising, or any purpose beyond the core functionality you requested. KnowThem's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or engaged in activities that harm the KnowThem platform or its users.
5. "As-Is" Service and Limitation of Liability
KnowThem is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the uptime, accuracy, or reliability of the service. In no event shall KnowThem be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
